Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy

Order Cancellation

Please note that we require an average of 3–5 business days to process your order before dispatch.

If you request a cancellation within 48 hours after placing the order and before the order has been shipped, you are eligible for a full cancellation.

Approved cancellations will be refunded to your original payment method within 3–5 business days. Actual posting time depends on your payment provider.

Returns

Return Conditions

  • Items must be unused and in original condition
  • Items must be returned with original packaging and box
  • All returned items must be packed in a single parcel

Our team will respond within 3 business days with the next steps, including replacement or refund options.

Return Policy

  • Items that are not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts (not due to our error) may be eligible for partial refunds only
  • Sale items are non-refundable

Shipping Costs for Returns

  • If the return is due to customer reasons, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost
  • If the return is due to our error (e.g. incorrect or damaged item), Fonsoul will cover the return shipping cost

Refunds

If approved, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within a few business days.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery at: fonsoul6688@163.com

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase, you will receive store credit once the returned item is received and inspected.

If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
