Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days before shipment. Once shipped, estimated delivery time is 7–10 business days, depending on your destination.
Please note that delivery times may be affected by public holidays, customs clearance, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Once your order has been shipped, a shipping confirmation email will be sent containing your tracking number and a tracking link.
Tracking information is usually available within 1–3 business days after shipment.
Fonsoul products are shipped primarily via DHL Express or FedEx Express air services.
All inverters, controllers, and energy storage products are shipped as fully assembled units and packed separately to ensure safe transportation.
The final shipping cost will be displayed at checkout.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.
Due to fast order processing, address changes can only be made within a very limited time after placing the order.

If you place an order through the official Fonsoul online store and wish to return a product, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Fonsoul is not responsible for packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier but reported as lost or stolen.
